With so much of my current work done with photography
and Photoshop, pieces done in more "traditional" media have
definitely dropped off. This sometimes saddens me.

But it seems that I am impatient with how long it takes to get from
mind to paper, canvas, or monitor. I know how I want it to look
in my head, it's getting my hand to understand that's the challenge.
I could almost wish for a device that could do this, but then anybody
could call themselves an artist. Which is not in itself a bad thing, but
when one wants to make a living at this, you get tired of seeing
a lot of hackwork gain success.

That said, I wouldn't put anything up here that I'm not proud of.
I just need to get past the intimidation of the blank page or screen.
